Meet Alistair Geis, one of the candidates for next year's ASB Junior President. “I will continue to be dedicated to maximizing my class’ high school experience,” says Geis. Geis believes in “taking in the thoughts and ideas of others and seeing what my classmates would want done on campus.” Alistair’s philosophy is “you only live once”, and he believes that this saying applies to the high school experience.

Alistair explains his qualifications for this role: “Having two years under my belt, I have learned from experience what has and hasn’t worked when planning or executing events and working with others. I have picked up skills throughout my time in the class as I have served as a Freshman Intern and the ASB Sophomore Class VP.” He believes that these past endeavors have prepared him to be a proficient Junior President.

If elected, Alistair plans on working to create “events that will help reach out to as many types of students as we can, because everyone deserves to have an enjoyable time at school.” Alistair intends to prioritize “others’ enjoyment” and help “guide and lead the Class of 2027 in a positive direction.”

Geis explains: “I am running not for myself, but for others. I truly believe that I can make a difference, putting all my effort into executing new fun events and activities for others’ enjoyment. I will take the title of ‘president’ with honor and privilege, helping guide and lead the Class of 2027 in a positive direction.”
